Dr. Rishi Dev is an international legal consultant, academic and researcher with over thirteen years of professional legal practice and teaching experience. He specialises in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Taxation Laws, Corporate and Commercial Laws, and Private International Law, advising on complex regulatory, restructuring, insolvency resolution, tax and cross-border matters.

Advocate Nikhil Pareek is an alumnus of the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and is a dynamic litigation counsel with close to a decade of professional experience in Indirect Tax and Criminal Litigation.
